The cheapest means of transport is the metro. You should take line 8 (pink) to ‘Nuevos Ministerios’ station. At this station you will have to get on line 6 (grey) to ‘Argüelles’ station. And finally, choose the exit towards Calle Princesa. The hostel is located across Princesa street.

Unfortunately, we do not have a pick-up and drop-off service from the airport to the hostel and vice versa. You will find a taxi rank on your way out of the airport or you can take the metro.

The hostel has a car park located just 300 metres from the hostel. The car park is called PARKIA Marqués de Urquijo, located in Marqués de Urguijo S/N.

The management of the parking is external to the hostel, but thanks to the agreement established with the hostel, we offer our guests parking spaces for 15€/day.

In order to guarantee this price of 15€/day, all you have to do is go to our website: www.hostalelbrezo.es, look for the link that will take you to the website of Parking Parkia Princesa-Marqués de Urquijo and make your reservation directly.

As this is a service completely unrelated to the hostel, we will not be responsible for any problems and/or incidents that may occur at the hostel. That is why if you have any questions or need any additional information, you can contact the car park on +34 915 42 27 21.

The hostel does not have a washing machine/dryer service for guests’ use.

You can go to a launderette located about 600 metres from the hostel (7 minutes away). Its name is ‘Belagua Lavandería Autoservicio’, located at Calle de Luisa Fernanda 17.

Children can be accommodated without any problem. Children up to 5 years old can stay free of charge using the existing bed. From the age of 6 years, children will be considered as adults.

Unfortunately, cots and extra beds are not available.

If you want a cot, we provide a website that can help you with this need. On this website you can rent a cot and they will bring it directly to the hostel and pick it up afterwards.

The timetable for the Check-In is from 14:00 hours. If you wish to bring forward the time of Check-In you will need to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

Yes, from 10:00 a.m. onwards we can collect your luggage, and if the room is already prepared, you can make use of it without any problem.

Unfortunately, due to the time we have to spend cleaning and disinfecting the rooms, it is not possible to extend your Check-Out later than 11:30 am, otherwise we would not be able to have the room ready for the next guest.

It depends on the time you wish to return to pick them up. If you want to leave your luggage at your departure, you must let us know. We will then be able to inform you of the latest time until which we will be able to store it.

We are not allowed to offer breakfast service at the hostel.

Personally, we recommend the Bar Restaurant ‘La Figal’, located 50 metres from the hostel, in Calle Buen Suceso 4. It is a classic-style bar-restaurant serving traditional cuisine (typical meat and fish dishes). Please note that this establishment is closed on Sundays.

In the vicinity of the hostel there are many other establishments and franchises (Café Té, Starbucks, Manolo Bakes, Rodilla, Viena Capellanes, Cafetería Dublín, Cafetería El Corte Inglés, etc).

Of course, very close to the hostel you can find different supermarket chains: El Corte Inglés, Supermercados BM, DIA (Alcampo), ALDI.

Near the hostel there are two call shops. ‘Locutorio Herrero’ located in Calle de Altamirano 15 and ’Locutorio Tayyab Muhammad’ located at Calle de Benito Gutiérrez 10.

Yes, the building where the hostel is located has a lift.

Unfortunately, our facilities are not prepared or equipped for access by persons with reduced mobility.

We regret to inform you that the hostel does not accept pets.

The hostel does not have a 24-hour reception. Our reception hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Friday. From Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

In this case we will have to make your Check-In Online. To do this, you must send a photo of the Identity Card of the people who will be staying at the hostel. The access to the hostel will be done through codes that we will send between 12:00/13:00 on the day of your arrival.

All our double rooms have a single double bed of 150cm x 190cm, with no possibility of twin beds.

All our rooms have a small fridge.

All our rooms have a private bathroom with shower. No room has a bathtub. All rooms have a hairdryer, towels and toiletries (shampoo and gel).
